Recreation Facility Business Planning - Greater Vernon

In concert with Community Futures North Okanagan, developed the initial operation business plan for the new Vernon & District Multi-use Facility [now Kal Tire Centre]. The business plan provided the owner/operator with steps to initiate a comprehensive multi-faceted operations plan in order to maximize use and minimize overall operation costs of the facility.
