Working with HDR Architects Inc. RCI was tasked with developing a business plan for the proposed Parksville Pool + Multiplex Facility. This operating strategy included creating operational efficiencies,  costing analysis for revenue and expenses as well potential facility programming in order to attract a wide specturm of users and potential to procure multiple sources of revenue.
