Recresynthesis Consulting was engaged by the District of Port Hardy to develop a request for quotation for the construction of a new swirlpool at their aquatic centre. The project included on-site analysis of the facility, a review of the engineered specifications, drafting of the terms of reference for the RFQ and providing contact information of qualified contractors.
